Project Audio Visual’s new service contact page allows clients to log a fault under service contract, manufacturer’s warranty, or chargeable; once they have done this, they will then receive email updates from the service system every time a change is made to their case, i.e. when an engineer is booked to go to their site or once a problem is resolved.
